Larkspur, Rocket

Rocket Larkspur is a summer annual that is known to beautiful blossoms of blue, pink and even white. It blooms from June-August after reaching a plant height from 2-4 feet. Growing in range of medium soils, it prefers full sun to partial shade and will reseed itself with proper growing conditions. Rocket Larkspur contains diterpenoid alkaloids which have proven to be toxic when consumed. Caution should be taken to not ingest any parts of the plant, especially the seeds.
